CINDY TELLER
Preschool Director & Lead Teacher
Cindy is married to Jim, Life Change Church’s senior pastor and they have four adult children and 3 grandchildren ( as of the moment). Cindy is trained as a speech pathologist and feeding specialist who has worked with various ages of children in multiple settings across the years. She has experience with children from age 18 months through elementary and has spent most of that time professionally with younger ages (0-6yrs) primarily targeting language development and feeding skills. Having a passion to impact children in their most formative years she homeschooled all four of her own children when they were young ( and two of the four through high school) and has grown a love for Montessori philosophy through the years. She has lead aspects of Children’s ministry in three different settings as well and also has two certifications in functional nutrition due to a passion for health and wellness. Cindy was a part of the foundation and birth of Life Change Preschool in 2021, has been involved as a resource and a sub, and then took over as director of Life Change Preschool in the fall of 2024. In her spare time Cindy likes to read, garden, and spend time with her family.

I come from a large family of 12 kids. I grew up with four older siblings and one younger brother and then when I was in high school my parents became licensed foster parents. We eventually adopted six kids through the foster system. So, having 11 siblings has been the biggest blessing in my life and sparked my passion for teaching kids. I’ve had opportunities to work for a few different daycares around Indiana and then eventually got connected with Life Change Preschool. This experience has given me opportunity to and created in me a love for the Montessori Method. My goals are to serve in the mission of Life Change Preschool and to be able to show the love of God to those around me.
MRS. NICOLE
Preschool Assistant
Nicole is married to her husband Joe. She has worked with kids ranging in age from 3 months to 6 years old for the last 10 years with her primary focus and favorite age being the 3-5 year age range. During this time she has worked in both a private home as a nanny as well as in a daycare environment. When she recently moved back to the Greenwood area and found her church home at Life Change Church, this lead her to an opportunity at the Montessori Preschool. She is excited to work in a Montessori environment to model a Christ-like love and grace to children!
